Cledenin Veras Díaz

Biography:

Ms. Cledenin Veras holds a Bachelors Degree Summa Cum Laude in Early Education from the Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE). In 2005, she obtained a Masters in Administration of Educational Centers from El Centro de Estudios Villanueva in Madrid, Spain. In 2011, she received a Post-Graduate Diploma in Teaching with a Specialty in Virtual Environments from Virtual Educa. She currently is a doctoral candidate in Family and Community from the Institute for International Studies of Clemson University (USA).

Since 2010, Ms. Veras has been the Director of Early Education of UNIBE. She currently is a teacher at grade level of the Early Education School of UNIBE and a thesis advisor for students in the program FLACSO-CIEE. She also gives classes in its Masters in Education Management Program and has been a Facilitator in the Diploma Program for the Formation of Faculty.

Ms. Veras has served in different work teams for the implementation and supervision of the Policy on the Supervision of the Learning of Children of the First Cycle of the Basic Level of the Eastern Region; coordinator of the formation of directors and faculty technicians (UNIBE// OEI// MINERD); part of the Advisory Table of support to the design and implementation of policies of first infancy and design and implementation of the program of attention to girls in the state of precocious adulthood (Orange dominicana / Aide et Action /UNIBE); part of the technical team for the design and implementation of the UNIBE Educational Model and has provided support in the practice of trained faculty.
