Mr. Andrés Cedano is an Agronomist Mention Vegetable Health from the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo (UASD), the same university from which he later in 2004 received a Masters in Food and Nutrition.
Mr. Cedano has participated in a variety of courses, workshops and seminars sing on the formulation and follow u of plans, program and projects in national and international institutions and highlighted his participation in the Course International Agricultural Food Economy in the city of Zaragoza, Spain.
In 1991 he began his professional work in the Department of Planning of the Ministry of Agriculture as a technician I in the planning, programs and projects division.
