Leticia Ayuso

Biography:

Ms. Ayuso has over twenty years of experience on management of development projects and processes of reform and modernization, in their economic, social, political and cultural aspects. In addition, I she has served as a consultant for international organizations like the World Bank and the Interamerican Development Bank (IDB), as well as for public institutions in the areas of planning and institutional building, and for the private sector in the areas of communication and public relations, most recently with the Asociación de Industrias Farmacéuticas de la República Dominicana (INFADOMI) at the newspaper El Financiero and Diario Libre .

Ms. Ayuso has established different proposals that promote institutional strengthening for Participación Ciudadana with Agencia Internacional para el Desarrollo de los Estados Unidos (USAID) , Despacho de la Primera Dama and Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID) . Ms. Ayuso facilitated the creation of The Medium Term Operation Plans and their monitoring and evaluation for Secretaría de Estado de la Mujer and [/i] Banco Central de la República Dominicana (BCRD) [/i]. She worked on specialized papers for [/i] Centro de Investigación Económica (CIECA) [/i] and a specialized reform agenda for investment in Dominican Republic for [/i] Centro de Inversiones y Exportaciones (CEI-RD) [/i]. She is a Tecnical Advisor for Consejo Nacional para las Comunidades Dominicanas en el Exterior (CONDEX) and a Consultant for Oficina de Coordinación Residente del Sistema de Naciones Unidas (SNU) , Organización Internacional para las Migraciones (OIM) , Fondo de Población de las Naciones Unidas (UNFPA) , Organización de las Naciones Unidas para la Alimentación y la Agricultura (FAO) in the Dominican Republic and for Fondo de las Naciones Unidas para la Infancia (UNICEF) .
