MISSION
We are the Office of the District Attorney for the National District, an organization that strives for excellence, guarantees the State of Law in public penal actions against crime, and prevents and pursues or resolves in an alternative manner criminal matters. Comprised of a staff that is committed along with the community and interest groups to ethical conduct. With objectivity and transparency applies science ad technology, facilitating individuals’ access to justice in order to consolidate a Social, Democratic and Law-Based State.
VISION
To become an Organization with development opportunities for its staff, that offers excellent service, with transparency and honesty; that brings to the National District the lowest crime and impunity levels in the country.

GOALS OF THE CENTER:
Guarantee the security of the victim.
Impede the extension of mistreatment.
Work with the deficits of the aggressors.
Assume responsibility for their violent conduct.
Reject any argument in favor of violence.
Recognize that violent conduct is a choice, not a loss of control.
Identify the effects of abuse on the woman and her environment.
Identify patterns of control and authoritarian attitudes
Develop respectful conduct and attitudes to replace the abuse.
Reevaluate the images that they have about women.
Make amends for the damage caused.
Commit to not repeating the damage and to honor commitments.
Accept the need to cut off privileges.
Accept that the overcoming of abuse is a life-long job.
Stop the abuse by learning non-violent behaviors.
